Large axle and great length heavy haul train, is a sign of the development of modern rail freight, heavy haul freight can improve the efficiency of rail freight, rail freight is a method of solving ability tense, has obvious advantages. In accordance with the separation of passenger and freight rail development goals, gradual acceleration of domestic heavy-duty railway development, improve vehicle axle load, increasing the length of trains and traffic density, heavy train traffic safety emphasis on controlling the inner and outer wheel and rail wear. To do this we need to meet the requirements of heavy-duty line parameters accordingly to ensure transport safety.With the increase of train speed and axle load, dynamic action between wheel and rail increases, particularly small radius curves uphill. Since the1980s, researchers have been using a method of dynamic analysis of research overloaded railway line parameters. Dynamics simulation analysis to the car-line dynamics, based on the analysis of data to understand the impact simulation parameters on each line overloaded train operation safety. Since then the level of development and limiting conditions, overloading dynamics of the studied lines of lower standard, can not meet the current requirements of the development.This article Select30t axle trucks which use K6bogie widely and actual track irregularity state, build train dynamics simulation model.
