In recent years,to adapt the rapid development of China’s railway construction and the aging of existing equipment and lines,as a special tools indispensable for railway maintenance, construction organization, rescue and inspection work, railcars’ ownership within the scope of the whole road continues to increase and it’s online work time is gradually lengthened, so its application of safety affect the production of railway transportation is growing. Currently, there are a lot of railcars’ safety problems in practical applications, the factors leading to these security risks, on the one hand from the staff of faulty operation, on the other hand from the imperfect of vehicles’ existing control systems. Although a small part of the factors that can rely on rules and regulations to constrain the behavior of staff to eliminate, but most of the safety hazards need to rely on the relevant technical measures to guarantee. As more and more electronic devices are applied to the vehicle, the flaws of railcars’ existing control systems in terms of scalability and compatibility are becoming more apparent, thet even have seriously hindered the upgrade of vehicles’ functions and the process of the system’s transformation. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further studies, to solve the existing problems.Based on the above analysis, to comprehensively improve the safety of the use of rail cars and the intelligent level of control, the article after in considering the various factors and comparing a variety of techniques, ultimately proposes a solution to digitize upgrading their existing control systems, that is to construct a vehicle network control system specially applicable to railcars, and has completed the work of system design such as network structure determination, the selection of the bus protocol, the wiring and control programming, the design for the part of bus network’s hardware circuit and software processes, the offline simulation for the part of CAN bus network etc. In order to ensure the reliability of the network control system operation, this article also studied the anti-jamming measures of the system from the two levels of hardware and software to make the system better able to adapt to the complex automotive environment.
