In the long running process of oil-immersed power transformer, the internal main insulation----oil-paper insulation is aging and generating various aging products because of suffering electrical aging, thermal aging and environmental aging. The aging products include furfural, moisture, etc. The degree of polymerization of the insulation paper will decline in the aging process. Studying the reflection effect of the evaluate factors to the aging degree of transformer oil-paper insulation, then, it is combined with chemical and electrical diagnosis method and data of transformer insulation aging to extract the evaluate factors for reflecting oil-paper insulation aging condition. Oil-paper insulation state comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is built after incorporate these evaluate factors into fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. It has great practical significance for the transformer operation, maintenance and overhaul using this model to analyze the transformer oil-paper insulation aging situation during the transformer in service.Considering the above analysis, this article mainly studied the following content. Effect of eat and electrical aging and environmental aging to the aging of oil-paper insulation is analyzed. After that, aging evaluate factors that can reflect aging degree of transformer oil-paper insulation is extracted. The test data of transformer oil-paper insulation aging is collected and analyzed to look for the link between state parameters. After further study of the basic theory of analytic hierarchy process, Oil-paper insulation state comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the evaluate factors of the aging condition of insulation is built. Fuzzy analysis method is used to determine the effective weight coefficient of evaluation indexes and membership function of quantitative indexes, and the index layer is used to evaluate insulation status of oil-paper insulation.Finally, a220kV transformer from Wuhan-Guangzhou railway is used to analyze the hierarchical evaluation system that has been built. Quantitative evaluation results are basically consistent with actual operation of transformer, the method is effective and reliable. It provides maintenance strategy optimization theory of reference and technical reference for equipment maintenance.
