Research On Comprehensive Evaluation On The Planning And Construction Of Mountain Agricultural Eco-tourism Park In Chongqing

Agricultural tourism park became popular in the1980s in China. After more than thirty years’development, no matter in theory or in practice, it had great achievements. The "balance urban and rural" policy background directly contributed to the booming of agricultural tourism park. Early in2014, Chongqing already had forty-three municipal modern agriculture demonstration gardens. The rapid development of agricultural tourism park brings dawn to the agricultural economic income, also brings a lot of problems, for example, the protection and utilization of natural resources is not scientific, park site blindness, the characteristic not obvious, no ecological consciousness, obvious artifacts. They not only restrict the sustainable development of the park, but also bring great pressure to the ecological protection of natural environment. And the researches on ecological planning and construction of agricultural tourism park is weak, the study on planning and construction of agricultural eco-tourism park has certain theoretical and practical significance.Unique topography and natural attribute determine the particularity of agricultural eco-tourism park planning and construction. Combining the related theory, such as landscape ecology, sustainable development, landscape agriculture, agricultural ecology and green industry, the paper studies on planning and construction of mountain agricultural eco-tourism park in Chongqing. Based on site suitability、overall layout、 technology system、ecological landscape、eco-industries and eco-culture, it establishes a comprehensive evaluation model, explores the principles and methods of mountain agricultural eco-tourism park in Chongqing. Core of the study includes the following aspects:(1) The main influence factors of mountain agricultural eco-tourism park analysis: include site suitability、overall layout、technology system、ecological landscape、 eco-industries and eco-culture.(2) Through the research of the existing agricultural tourism park of Chongqing, combines main influence factors, the paper analyzes the general situation of Chongqing mountain agricultural eco-tourism park. According to the features, it selects the comprehensive evaluation index factor, and establishes evaluation system combining expert analysis and survey.(3) By analytic hierarchy process, and weight calculation on the comprehensive evaluation index system of planning and construction of mountain agricultural eco-tourism park in Chongqing, we quantify the evaluation, and get comprehensive assessment results.(4) Base on the results, it takes the planning and construction of Jiuchuan agricultural eco-tourism park in Nanchuan area as an example, then explores the methods of mountain agricultural eco-tourism park in Chongqing.(5) In the end, we discuss strategies and principles of mountain agricultural eco-tourism park in Chongqing.Through study on comprehensive evaluation of planning and construction of Chongqing mountain agricultural eco-tourism park, we analysis the main influence factor, explore the principles and methods of planning and construction, discuss the three principles of planning and construction, including the principle of suit one’s measures to logical conditions and ecological priority, the principle of landscape association and spatial structure coordination, the principle of following the natural process of field. Meanwhile, we put forward planning and construction strategies, namely unity and diversity, and hope it could promote the sustainable development of Chongqing mountain agricultural eco-tourism park.
