This technology has the unique advantage for no leakage completely, it is very important for the national economy and environmental protection.However, the wearing and rupture of thrust bearing is one of the common faults in the magnetic drive pump work place.In order to ensure the thrust bearings can work safely and stably for a long time, we must balance the axial force of pump. Experiences of years shows that, the life of the magnetic drive pump is directly related to whether balanced the axial force. Therefore, how to balance the axial force of pump is one of the key technologies for the magnetic drive pump design.This paper according to the horizontal magnetic driven single stage centrifugal pump, based on consulting relevant references at home and abroad, and put forward a new method that using permanent magnetic thrust bearing to replace the traditional thrust bearing to completely solve the wearing and rupture of thrust bearing in the magnetic drive pump work place. Realized the non-contact drive completely, eliminated friction, vibration, noise, improved the efficiency and life of the magnetic drive pump.
