Focusing on the fact that the existing IBS has many network types, this paper put forward its objective to establish the integration bridge network. Based on the model of layering from OSI, it referred to OSI model to analyze the IBS network, then studied and implemented the multi-network interconnected network and transport layer protocol, finally raised the overall design for IBS dual redundant fiber-optic network. Based on this plan, it mainly studied the data access on application layer and the establishment of dual rings redundant network on integration bridge network.The processing scheme that the serial data and binary image were connected to Ethernet was determined on application layer, and the way that the application layer was encapsulated from top to bottom was detailed by the example of serial port statement. Analyzing the traditional network redundant technology and the single ring technology, it made a conclusion that the two ones couldn’t provide the redundancy required by bridge data network. Then it adopted dual rings redundant in integration bridge network, which is the backbone network transmitted the same data which served as warm backup for each other. Based on that each node equipped with dual network interface card was connected respectively to the two separated ring networks, the Linux-based redundant nodes were designed. Adopting the bonding technology on the LINUX driver layer, it designed a virtual network interface card to establish the binding of the dual network interface card, and the sending terminal transmitted the duplicate data to the two ring networks at the same time. However prior to the transmitting, the receiving terminal identified if the obtained data frames were duplicates with the RFT which was inserted after the effective load, then filtered out the duplicate ones by the duplicate data filtering processing scheme. As the simulation testing showed, the designed duplicate data frames processing scheme had managed to be used in the dual rings redundant network. If a ring entirely failed to work and another one had the single point failure in the dual rings redundant network, the network may not have to be shift and may implement packet loss and Bumpless Recovery when redundant nodes were used.
