| The Metal-air battary is widly researched as high specific energy, environmental-friendly and low-cost.The Air-electrode has the most important affect on the performance of Metal-air battery.However,the catalyst to a large extent determines the performance of air-electrode.In this paper the different methods were used to prepare the catalyst powder of Manganic Oxide-base, and the morphology and the structure were researched by XRD and SEM.The electrochemical catalytic activity was tested.1. The dopant of Cu atom into MnO2through mechanical alloying helps to improve its oxygen reduction catalytic performance, and replacing prat of Mn atom in LaMnO3with Fe atom has the same effect.2. Perovskite catalyst-LaMnO3is prepared using mechanical alloying method, and its catalytic activity gets best after annealing under900℃for3h. The electrochemical testing results shows that when polarization potential is-0.6V (vs.Hg/HgO), polarization current can get as high as260mA/cm2.3. The method of preparing LaMnO3catalyst powder using Sol-gel is studied. Differ from the mechanical alloying method,replacing part of Mn with Cu using Sol-gel can greatly improve the catalytic performance. when polarization potential is-0.6V (vs.Hg/HgO), polarization current can get as high as290mA/cm2. |
