| In the last century70’s, many new foreign aircraft began to use aircraft icing detectiontechnology. Aircraft icing detection is an important part of aircraft ice protection system, isthe key equipment for new airliner, and reflects the advanced plane, economy and safety.Study of icing detection technology, research and development in China is relativelybackward, especially for the new integrative icing detection technology is far behind thewestern developed countries; research on this technique has been carried out in foreigncountries. With the continuous development of aviation science and technology in China, thenew aircraft on security, advanced and economical requirements continue to improve,old-fashioned icing detection technology cannot meet the need of modern aircraft to, new icedetector need to be developed.Aircraft icing is refers to some part of the surface of the accumulation of ice bodyaircraft phenomenon, which is mainly composed of a cloud of cold rain or rain waterdroplets in the aircraft body formed by solidification after the encounter, but by the watervapor directly on the body surface is formed. As long as there is air humidity appropriate, theplane will produce icing phenomenon. Wing leading edge ice will make the aircraft’saerodynamic performance is bad, the aircraft lift decreases, resistance increases, affecting thesafety and operability; rotor and propeller aircraft icing may cause severe fibrillation; engineinlet icing, may damage the aircraft windshield freezes, hinder; visual flight; antenna icingmay affect the communication or cause the interruption of communication, these factors maycontribute to beat all accident.The thesis designs integration of a certain type of aircraft icing detection technology.First introduced the working principle of integration of icing detection system, and thenmainly analyzes the detection mechanism of the system, established the key parameters of aset of technical scheme and the calculation of icing detection prototype system, which is thetheoretical basis and design integration. The test, analysis and Simulation of thermal testdetector, and icing wind tunnel test was carried out, the results of the theoretical analysis andthe experimental data were compared, analyzes existing problems and solve them. Theconclusion of the study shows that the establishment of the integration of ice detector isreasonable; the conclusion has guiding significance to the development of higherengineering prototype. Series of test engineering prototype has been described; integration of ice detector withhigh precision, good reliability and a large number of experimental data is obtained. Thesedata are consistent with theoretical analysis results, and accumulated engineering experienceconsiderable. Finally, design and practice of the integration of a certain type of aircraft icingdetector. The design scheme can meet the aircraft manufacturing and usage requirements,which laid a solid foundation for the system into the detailed design stage and installedcapacity test. |
