In the life of modern society, with the rapid development of industry, people’squality of life is constantly improving, and every time we doing a lot of cost of the earthwhat are limited non-renewable energy, such as coal, oil and natural gas and other fossilfuels. As well as, these energy after combustion can generate large amounts of carbondioxide, which is one of the main causes of global warming. So, we need to find arenewable energy as soon as possible to replace these non-renewable energies, such aswind power, tidal power, solar energy, hydropower, geothermal energy, nuclear energy, etc..Therein, solar energy possesses the property of inexhaustible, no expense and need nottransport and so on. Solar cells can be divided into organic solar cells, inorganic solar cells, silicon solar cells, etc. Among them, the inorganic solar cells have a very highphotoelectric conversion efficiency. But because of its complicated preparation process, high cost of preparation, making it is limited in promotion and use. Organic solar cell hasmany advantages: wide range of material source, light-weight, simple production process, flexible, making it become the focus in recent years, but it also has a very obviousshortcomings that is low photoelectric conversion efficiency. In recent years, researchersare working to solve this problem. The key research of this paper is invert polymer organic solar cells, and its basicstructure is: Ag/hole transport layer, active layer/electron transport layer/ITO glass. Theactive layer of organic polymer solar cells in solar cells, is the most important part, and therole of which is to absorb energy from the sun and totransport sun’s light energy to freeelectrons and holes with electrical energy.Because the most important part of organic polymer solar cells is the active layermaterial, so, how to choose the active material layer is very important. The experimentalwork of this paper is on the choice of selecting active material. The author used donormaterial P3HT and acceptor PCBM are popular in recent years, and the organic materialswere dissolve in dichlorobenzene, molybdenum trioxide used as a hole transport layer, because of its suitable for collecting the hole, metallic silver is used as anode.
