| With the accelerated of China’s urbanization process, Cities are particularly vulnerable to climate change because of a phenomenon known as the urban heat.As an important factor in urban planning, water pond plays a very important role in urban local climate. However, the natural underlying surface, such as water pondã€grasses be replaced by some low thermal capacitive artificial Material, these material lead to the climate difference between urban and suburban. The Water pond not only can increase cooling humidifying in cities, improve local microclimate, also can purify environment, maintaining ecological balance, giveing people a comfortable life space. Therefore, many scholars have devoted to research the water pond how to chang the residential area.In this paper, used the tool of Fluent software to research thermal environment community of Guangzhou. The summer hot wet climate of south China as the background, research in guangzhou region contains the typical residential area of water hot wet climate. The first use of the existing research results, the establishment of a typical mode of residential area, followed by coupling model of solar radiation and convection heat transfer and evaporation heat transfer and radiation heat transfer and the wind field flow heat exchange model, numerical model residential area of different working conditions. According to the results of the simulation of the temperature field and humidity field and wind field through the contrast analysis of the regulating role in the water body in residential area are discussed.The results are summarized on the following aspects:the impact of solar radiation on the residential area of the great body of water to cool the residential area there, humidifiers regulate wind effect, depending on the distance from the water level of impact from increasing its influence more obvious. Maximum humidity above the water, because water vapor diffusion driven by the wind, downwind buildings followed. As a cold water source of the city, in the daytime heating stage played a role in cooling, cooling stage in the evening heat played a role in regulating the local microclimate cell. Body of water in the larger cities in the area of market share, which also showed a certain degree of influence increments.
