In this paper taking a capital metro rail bridge as the research object, using thefinite element analysis software ANSYS, analysed the mechanical properties of metrorail bridge prestressed concrete box girder, by analyzing the data and comparing theactual requirements of engineering design values, found that structural design isreasonable, and thus achieve the purpose of the structure is assessed.So far, domestic design and construction of concrete box girder bridgeengineering, mostly picks prestressed concrete structures as structural forms. However,the study about prestressed concrete box girder structure is not perfect. So, based onthis structure with imperfect force performance, the performance need to do deeperresearch. In this paper, Based on ANSYS software based on the nonlinear structuralanalysis, mainly analyzed under static load and subway trains moving loads, themechanical properties of the beam structure structure. Meanwhile, the deformationand internal forces of the beam theory of computation are discussed.During the course of the finite element analysis, first, the stress-strainrelationship of several materials of the structure were analyzed. Secondly, in themodel building process, the beam material constitutive relations were selected. Thisarticle tracks when prestressed concrete box girder bridge the model analysis usingseparate modeling, simulation choose to use SOLID65unit ribbed concrete,prestressed strand simulated using LINK8unit.Prestressed concrete box girder structure relatively light weight, relativelyspeaking, to have greatly improved the structure of the beam bending in terms ofperformance, give full play to the mechanical properties of prestressed beams material.Under normal operating conditions, the structure itself, in addition to withstand theweight of the load beam, the most important thing is to bear the train moving loads.Dynamic load impact on the role of the beam generated by the dynamic response ofthe structure can cause this effect will stress the structural beams-strain have a hugeimpact, and therefore need to be analyzed with a focus on.Dynamic load carrying structural analysis, we first studied the dynamic loadresponse of the beam, according to the theory of moving often force will train moving"ZK" live load converted to dynamic loads, which studies the subway at differentspeed dynamic response of the beam. Finally, the finite element analysis the followingconclusions: the stress of prestressed concrete box girder structure-the maximumstrain increases with train speed increasing, so the dynamic response frequency increases. Metro Rail can provide a reference for the design and construction ofsimple box girder construction site traffic prestressed by the above analysis.
