With the development of science and technology, modern machinery and equipment isturning towards development of the integrated form and highly effective direction. thecountry’s latest five-year plan clearly pointed out how to create a new situation of scientificdevelopment, the rise of the equipment manufacturing industry is the important symbol ofnational comprehensive national strength promotion, new science and technology and thecurrent equipment manufacturing level of integration is bound to fly in the quality ofpeople’s production and life style. Our country independent research and development ofnew equipment is also gradually playing an important role in the world. Thus, cooperationand communication between countries is increasing frequently, Made In China faced withunprecedented challenges.In this paper, a new type of integrated hydraulic servo valve control hydraulic cylinderwas designed with optimization method, which manipulates the ram turntable Angle of theblower, so as to realize the adjustment of the fan air volume. The mechanism has lessweight and smaller size, but more reliable operation. It turned out to satisfy therequirement of the fan.At first, This article introduces the hydraulic servo mechanism of concrete structure,including control valve servo cylinder and the connecting device. At the same time, it doesnot only made detailed introductions to the selection of the hydraulic cylinder seal and theSettings of bearing guide, but also the design of damping hole; Secondly, Themathematical model of three-way valve controlled differential cylinder was established onthe basis of valve linear equation, continuity equation and force balance equation, andwhich was used for analyzing and machine performance parameters of hydraulic servosystem; At last, computer simulation was contributed to the simulation of the system, inrespectively from the time domain and frequency domain analysis of system performance.In addition, the main structure parameters, such as damper orifice diameter and the areagradient of servo valve port was investigated, and the influence of rapidity, accuracy, stability and dynamic stiffness of the system was investigated.According to the simulation results showed that it is the reasonable for the design of themachine hydraulic servo hydraulic cylinder. System stability and rapidity are ideal andhave more precise output. To sum up, the designed servo hydraulic cylinder is successful,and the research results can provide some theoretical foundation for the experimental testof fan air volume adjusting servo mechanism and finalizing the design.
