12-phases permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) with fraction slot has theadvantages of integer PMSM,it also has the advantages of low ripple torque, low coggingtorque and can still run with lack of phase,and it becomes the first choice to kinds ofvessels as the driving motor. the motor vibration noise becomes one of the importantindicators for test motor performance, Fractional slot PMSM has some new characteristicsin terms of vibration noise,which brights new topics for the reseach of PMSM vibrationnoise,This thesis mainly study the dadial force and the electromagnetic noise of12-phasesPMSM with48slots.Firstly deducing the expression of the armature magnetomotive force of12-phasePSMS under the condition of supply power with sine wive,the analytical expressions ofradial force in the inner surface of the stator armature is obtained by Maxwell Tensorformula,comparing the radial force of motor with44poles and48slots with3-phasesstator winding and12-phases stator winding, theoretically predicts the influence ofelectromagnetic vibration with creasing phase on the motor. Finally the result is verifiedthrough the finite element software.Analyzed the regularity of12-phases PMSM with similar slots and poles, mainlyanalysising the radial force wave with44poles48slots motor and46poles48slotsmoto,and the result is verified by finite element analysis software Ansoft, calculateing theelectromagnetic vibration caused by low radial force with this two different kind ofcombination of poles and slots by using the finite element software ANSYS.Finally deducing the relationship between Slot width and the radial force wave,analysis the radial force with three different slot width, through simulating the no-load12-phases motor with46poles48slots motor valids the result. |
