In this paper, based on relevant theoretical knowledge and relevant test research,researching ten different structural forms of SRHSC beams through the large-scalefinite element analysis software; Comparative and analyze the stress, strain anddeflection deformation, failure process, crack distribution pattern of the ten SRHSCbeams. Analysis and summary the using background conditions and the applicablescope of “the regulations of steel framework”,“steel rules”, and according thecalculation formula of different disciplines, then compare the calculation results ofnormal section flexural bearing capacity with the test results. Study the interfacetransition zone between steel and concrete, and take related measures about how toreduce the bond-slip between them, to ensure that steel and concrete can worktogether better, when under load, avoid the happening of bending bond cleavagecracking.Research results show that: SRHSC beam has strong carrying capacity, and as aresult of the existence of steel, it also has larger rigidity, good ductility performanceand so on. But there ate two completely different materials get together, when theexternal force done, prone to the destruction of the interface transition layer, so theprocessing of the interface transition layer is particularly important. SRHSC beam hastwo normal section failure modes: general bending and bending fracturing, bendingfracturing is caused by the interface transition zone, this form of damage try toavoided as far as possible in practice, to make the component can improve itsdurability, and then to meet the use requirements. According to “steel bone discipline”“regulations of steel” and this paper establish calculation formula of normal sectionflexural bearing capacity that steel in the different position of beams: neutral axisthrough steel web plate, the neutral axis does not through steel, neutral axis throughsteel flange on three conditions. In this paper, with the help of a large commercialfinite element analysis software to analyze different strength grade of concrete, steelratio, flange width ratio and shear connections of SRHSC beam component, withrelevant theoretical knowledge as the foundation, after get the results of finite elementgeneral processor (such as the stress and strain, deflection deformation of beam,failure pattern and concrete crack developing process, etc.) compared with that resultsmeasured by the real experiment, validate the stress result of numerical simulation offinite element analysis software is feasible.
