Research On Application Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler In Industrial Plant Heating

In this paper, the application of circulating fluidized bed used in factory district heatingwere studied. Circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) boiler because of its wide applicability,fuel load strong regulatory and environmental good performance and got more and moreattention; It has been widely applied in the field, can use, chemical industry, metallurgy andso on many large scale has become an inevitable trend; Under double pressures of energy andthe environment in our country, the circulating fluidized bed boiler obtained rapiddevelopment in our country.This paper mainly analyzed the working principle and technical characteristics ofcirculating fluidized bed boiler. And auxiliary equipment system of circulating fluidized bedboiler are analyzed, and analyzes the application of circulating fluidized bed boiler used in thefactory district heating parameters, the influence factors of circulating fluidized bed boilerused in the factory district heating; Secondly, summarizes the circulating fluidized bed boilerfurnace with other type of comparative analysis, analysis of the circulating fluidized bedboiler combustion process, the desulfurization denitration characteristics and advantages, andthe chain boiler, small pulverized coal furnace and circulating fluidized bed boiler in variousaspects has carried on the contrast analysis, comprehensive analysis shows that the circulatingfluidized bed boiler is obviously superior to other type furnace.Finally, in this paper, the circulating fluidized bed boiler used in the factory districtheating a actual project were analyzed, from the selection to the boiler room design hascarried on the detailed analysis, and the benefit analysis, show that the circulating fluidizedbed boiler economic benefit is remarkable.
