A Study On Resettlement Housing Of Marketing Housing Projects

Many urban housing problems have been caused by urban development and housing polcy changing. As one of them, resettlement housing problem is not prominent, so it does not get more attention.However, in the current situation and in studies of sociology,economics, you can see there are a lot of problems in the resettlement housing project. In this paper, through three parts study on resettlement housing of marketing housing projects.The first part Including chapter one and chapter two. Chapter one analyzes the background, purpose, meaning, method and structure of the paper. Chapter two, the status of the domestic theory is mainly combed research in sociology, economics, architecture; Study abroad, mainly from the reference.The second part including Chapter three, Chapter four, Chapter five. Chapter three is the summary of research, research object is all relevant staff of resettlement housing project and the resettlement housing has been built in Beijing, the summary problem is resettlement problems, the status of planning issues, construction and residential units issues, the use of problem. Chapter four analyze the causes of the resettlement housing problem, Compared to the situation in domestic and foreign, the author learned that there is a serious economic dislocation and economic logic problem in resettlement housing project, therefore, in this chapter, the authors introduce a large number of urban sociology research and evaluation methods; First, the author re-examines the social justice perspective of the study and analyze the impact of these issues; Second, through the analysis of community social structure, behavior characteristics and space requirements of differences between resettlement housing and marketing housing, obtained the method of marketing housing design and below commercial housing quality is bad for resettlement housing; Third analysis process to resettlement housing from design to completion through architectural design, project management and an economic perspective; Finally, through the analysis of the resettlement housing from the growth of residential, summed up the reaction to design issues, construction quality and other problems developing arise. Chapter five is a strategic analysis to solve current problems of resettlement housing projects. First, we should correct misperceptions and ensure social justice; Second, government needs to clear land use rights, establish collection systems and project quality assurance system; Third, developers should formulate rational management for design and construction; Finally, designers should deal with the target population correctly, clear design intent, complete the planning consciously and design of the monomer legitimately.The third part is the conclusion of the study, author believe that solving the problem requires the joint efforts of all parties. As an architect, we should find a balance traditional space and new space, construct a house that residents of resettlement housing live in it with happiness.
