The novel natural gas Molten Carbonate Fuel Cell power generation system, in addition to general merits of conventional MCFC, has the advantages of Sorption-Enhanced Steam Methane Reforming technology, which reduces energy consumption, improves system efficiency and extends fuel cell life.Based on discussion of conventional natural gas MCFC power generation system, a novel design of system and process is proposed combing Sorption-Enhanced Steam Methane Reforming technology. In this paper, I establish the mathematical model of SE-SMR and research into numerical algorithm to solve this model, based on this, computer numerical simulation analysis is executed over very step of the new process. Numerical simulation results and relevant calculations prove that the novel system design and new carbon dioxide circulation solution are valid.In this paper, main innovative results are shown as follows: 1) a novel power generation system consisted of SE-SMR and MCFC is proposed; 2) a new carbon dioxide circulation solution is developed utilizing desorbed carbon dioxide.
