CirMol(Cirrhina molitorella) is a peculiar economy freshwater fish in southernChina,with highly processed food value and medicinal value. In nearly a decade, due to theinfluence of breeding scale expansion, blind introduction, discharge, such as water pollutionetc. Factors, lead to the original CirMol population resources continuously exhaustion, a sharpdrop in genetic diversity, increasingly less differentiation between groups, after colonyhybridization wild and farmed population, pollute the original gene bank, CriMol geneticdiversity is facing a serious threat, study of genetic diversity is a major means of protection ofgermplasm resources, but less, scattered, incomplete the relevant domestic CirMol geneticdiversity research, it’s difficult to provide effective theory basis for CirMol species protectionof our country,therefore this paper measured9water systems in southern China,20geographical populations, a total of171CirMol mitochondria Cytb genes,934bp sequencewere analyzed to explore various rivers of CirMol genetic diversity, genetic structure anddifferentiation in southern China,view to offer scientific materials about CirMol resourcesreasonable utilization, the results are as follows:1.9drainage consolidation analysis,31haplotypes were found, on the whole indicating asignificant characteristics with high haplotype diversity ((0.820) and low nucleotidediversity(0.00443), NDJ haplotype diversity (0.911) is highest, showed that the most abundantgenetic diversity;2. The HJ genetic differentiation coefficient(0.20809)) is maximum,followed HH and NLJ(0.16147), showed a moderately differentiation;3. No geographic and lineage clusters were found in the NJ,UPGMA,ME tree and TCSnetwork chart, showed9drainage CirMol groups have no obvious genetic differentiation,they still be the same population;4.20haplotypes were found in the pearl river water system, BJ intraspecific genetic distance(0.006) and haplo type diversity(0.917) was the highest,indicate that BJ appeared a certaindegree of differentiation;5. The maximum BJ and QJ Fst value (0.01593), followed XI and QJ (0.01526), showed amoderate differentiation, other rivers did not appear a obvious differentiation; 6. Nucleotide not matching analysis diagram mostly showed bimodal or multimodalphenomenon, Tajima ’s D and Fu’ s Fs neutral inspection results indicated that CirMol did notappera large population expansion in history, expansion period of late pleistocene.
