Objective:To investigate the distribution of super antigen and antimicrobial resistance of pathogenic Staphylococci isolated from diary cows with endometritis in various regions of Inner Mongolia.Method: The study was to collect100samples of bovine endometritis from dairy farms in Inner Mongolia region, which were Hohhot, Baotou, Chifeng, Wulanchabu. Moreover, we isolate staphylococcus from100hystera excretion collected. On this basis, morphology observation and molecular biology method were used to identify Staphylococcus. PCR method was used to amplify super antigen genes from isolated strains. Microdilution broth and PCR method were used to to analyze drug resistance of isolated Staphylococcus.Results:1.these staphylococcus isolates were staphylococcus aureus (32/53.3%)and coagulase negative staphylococcus(2846.7%). There were S.chromogene(l1/18.3%), S.saproghyticus(7/11.7%),S.cpidemidis(36.0%),S.sciuri(2/3.3%),S.caplitis(2/3.3%),S.hem atolysis(2/3.3%),S.happiness(2/1.7%) in the28strain coagulase negative staphylococcus.2.61.7%of SEJ (37) had the highest detection rate in Twelve detected enterotoxin. SEA, SEB, SEE was the minimum(3.3%). In the60isolates, the average detected rate of new enterotoxin (63.3%) was significantally higher than the traditional enterotoxin (15.0%). It was found that one isolates usually took along with more superantigen genes, one isolates took along with seven superantigen genes(12.5%) in32strain staphylococcus aureus; one isolates took along with four superantigen genes(12.5%) in28strain coagulase negative staphylococcus.3. It was found that there was the highest frequency of penicillin with the resistance rates of96.7%. However, all the tested strains were sensitive to vancomycin. other than, all the tested strains were resistant to more than one antimicrobial agent. the research results showed that there was BlaZ which was detected from98%of isolates. no mecA was detected in staphylococcus aureus, however,53.6%of mecA was decected from coagulase negative staphylococcus. Conclusion:Twelve enterotoxin and eta, etb, TSST-1were detected in pathogenic staphylococcus from diary cows with endometritis in various regions of Inner Mongolia. SEJ had the highest detection rate among super antigen genes. Antimicrobials resisitant strains were found in staphylococcus isolated from diary cows suffered endometritis in different degree. Staphylococcus had the higher rate of drug resistance to β-lactam than other detected antimicrobials. And prevalent of the multidrug resisitant strains were found.
