| The field experiments were conducted at Da DouPu village, Wu Chuan county, Hohhot city. The studied materials were purple and white, Favorita. Through two years of experiments, phosphorus uptake accumulation, production quality and utilization efficiency on plastic film-covering and trickle irrigation of potatoes, which in different phosphorus levels were studied by chemical analysis and biological statistic methods. The main results were as follows:1. Coated and increased phosphate fertilizer application all improved dry matter accumulation and dry matter accumulation rate in different organs of potato in drip irrigation and advanced accumulation of dry matter of time. The dry matter accumulation of whole plant was highest in harvest period, dry matter accumulation rate reached the maximum in the starch accumulation period.2. Potato in coated drip irrigation conditions, phosphorus content of all organs showed: Leaf>Tuber>Stem, the P content reached the highest from the seedling stage to the tuber initiation stage, then decreased slowly. With the growth process, the phosphorus uptake accumulation of aboveground leaf and stem were showed a single peak curve, in the tuber and whole plant were presented "S" curve. Coated and increased phosphate fertilizer application all promoted potato P uptake and accumulation, improved each organ phosphorus content and phosphorus uptake accumulation. P application especially significant promoted the rate of phosphor uptake in the earlier growing stage and P was transferred from aboveground leaf and stem to the tuber in the late growth stage.3. With the advance of growing stages, the potato leaf praline and malondialdehyde contents showed a rising trend, but leaf SPAD values showed a trend of decline. With the increased of phosphate fertilizer application, praline and malondialdehyde contents reduced gradually, but leaf SPAD values were increased, P application delayed the rate of descent of the leaf SPAD value.4. Under-mulch-drip irrigation conditions, with the improvement of the amount of phosphorus fertilizer, the yield and the rate of phosphorus contribution to yield of two potato varieties were increased. When the application of phosphorus fertilizer was300kg/hm2, the yield and the rate of phosphorus contribution to yield reached the highest for the potato. The starch content and crude protein content were improved as the phosphorus fertilizer application was raised, but the content of reducing sugar was decreased. Mulching plastic film increased tuber starch content, crude protein content and reducing sugar content in harvest time. Comprehensive consideration, this experiment under the condition of applying phosphate content in150-225kg/hm2was advisable.5. The recovery efficiency and partial factor productivity of each organ and whole plant of potato were decreased with the application amount of phosphorus increased. Plastic mulch promoted potato phosphorus recovery efficiency and partial factor productivity, reduced its physiological efficiency and agronomic efficiency.6. Potato in coated drip irrigation and trickle irrigation conditions, between phosphor content, phosphor absorption amount and phosphorus application amount, between P absorption amount and P content, phosphorus application amount, phosphor content, and phosphor absorption amount with yield, physiological efficiency, agronomic efficiency, and after two with yield were significant or highly significant correlation with eath other. |
