In recent years, with the eutrophication of lake, the blue green algae broke out on a large scale to form bloom what sparked water quality deterioration and ecological disaster. Salvaging blue green algae had become an important means of bringing the lake aquatic environment,under control,but what we could not handle the blue green algae salvaged from lake effectively will make second pollution,of environment. At present,the resource utilization of blue green algae was put on producing fertilizer and methane as well as some utilization of low value.In order to make full use of the resources of blue green algae protein and develop valuable feedstuff.In this paper, the acid leaching technology was adopted to obtain amino acid hydrolyzate and the acid hydrolysis liquid was studied through using the technology of spray drying to make powder.Right following the acid leaching product,the amino acid compositions、 residual MC and contents of heavy metals of acid leaching product of blue green algae.The paper studied the feeding security of acid leaching product, besides, determined the effect of replacement of soybean meal in feedstuff by acid leaching product on growth performance of broiler.The test results of amino acid composition and content analysis of blue green algae indicated that the hydrolysis of blue green algae could be used as good amino acid additives for forage. The total amino acids was about54.89%,17kinds of amino acid,besides,the total content of several varieties of essential amino acid for animal growth needs was4.68%and the percentage of essential amino acid in total amino acids was8.53%.As shown by the experimental results of residual MC of acid hydrolysis product,the content of MC-RR、MC-LR in acid hydrolysis liquid were0.98p,g/kg and0.99μg/kg respectively with acid hydrolysis for16h,and these numerical were lower than the national potable water limits of MC.The left rates of the two algal toxins were0.002%and0.003%.As shown by the experimental results of content of heavy metal of acid hydrolysis product, the content of As、Pb、Hg and Cr were far low than the national feedstuff standard. So it is unlikely to be the factor which affected the feeding security.The forage safety tests of blue green algae hydrolyzate were conducted by Horn’s method, mice bone-marrow micronucleus test and sperm malformation test.The hydrolysis of blue green algae could belong to the actually non-toxic substance referred to the acute toxic dose grading table, because its half lethal dose LD50>9.09g/kg-bw and the mice bone-marrow micronucleus test and sperm malformation test were both negative.The cyanobacteria acid decomposition products used for animal feed was safe.The basal diet of broiler was supplemented with different level acid leaching product to making3trail diets,in which the replacement of soybean meal were20%、50%and70%respectively.The results of metabolic experiment showed that the group which fed with diet of50%replacement of soybean meal had the best nutritive value and digestible energy for broiler.Meanwhile, the results of apparent metabolic rate of energy experiment showed that the group which fed with diet of50%replacement of soybean meal achieved better effect when the intake energy was basically the same case.A42-day fattening test showed that when the replacement of soybean meal was50%,the daily weight gain reached the maximum.the difference between trail groups and control group was not significant on broiler feed intake and the broiler feed intake was not significant in each treatment.The optimum feed utilization was the50%replacement of soybean meal.As stated previously,the acid leaching product of blue green algae features high safety and trophotropism.When the replacement of soybean meal was50%,the daily weight gain and feed intake were optimum which had the best nutritive value. As a new approach of high-value utilization, it shall be greatly developed and disseminated for blue green algae into feedstuff,and will provide a new valuable way for solving the problem of reclamation of blue green algae.
