Study On The Suitability Selection Of Vegetables In Floating Beds And The Purification Of Eutrophic Water

Wuliangsuhai Lake is the most typical shallow macrophytic lakes in arid region of Inner Mongolia Plateau, Wuliangsuhai Lake has become the most serious eutrophic shallow macrophytic lakes in the area because agricultural drainage, industrial waste water and domestic sewage from upstream discharged into it. In this study, regular vegetables in the daily life of local residents were selected to cultivate in floating bed in the orthogonal experiment in order to provide a theoretical basis and experimental technical support for the ecological repair and governance of Wuliangsuhai, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Petroselinum crispum and Spinacia oleracea are not suit for floating bed cultivation, Ipomea aquatica, Basella rubra, Lactuca sativa var. and Lactuca sativa are suitable, but Ipomea aquatica and Lactuca sativa var. has good effects in purifing eutrophic water and eutrophication higher the effects better.2. The Ipomea aquatica absorption capacity is very strong and can achieve the purpose of purification in a relatively short time. Lactuca sativa var. was poorer than Ipomea aquatica more suitable for medium eutrophic water.3. Cultivation time may be different based on the nutritional level of the water, the time of the high nutrient levels may be appropriately extended, medium and low nutrient levels should be appropriate to shorten.4. Cultivating vegetables in floating beds is more suitable for weak acid or neutral eutrophic water but can not achieve the purpose of environmental treatment for Wuliangsuhai, because the salinization. We need to continue to select the salt-toleran plants.
