In recent years, the reports of environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals hazard increase graduallyon the animals, and people initiate are focus on that problems of survival environment security and humanhealth. Therefore, the screening of environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals and its analogues andresearch becoming one of research hotspot at home and abroad. Selected three fungicides of Carbendazim,Triadimefon and Triadimenol as the research objects, with Japanese Medaka (Oryzias Latipes) as testmaterials in this paper;Through the acute toxicity test and larva chronic toxicity test of different life stageson O.Latipes for three fungicides, it was studied in different life stages of Japanese medaka lethal effect andacute toxicity of drug sensitivity evaluation; with the purpose of providing a pesticide chemicals in aquaticanimals drug-safety evaluation and the standard of the dosage reference basis; The main test results are asfollows:1. The LC50value of the three fungicides for on the larva of O.Latipes96hr were as follows:0.0512mg·L-1,0.3536mg·L-1,1.4735mg·L-1, the order of the three fungicides aquatic toxicity on the larva of O.Latipes were: Carbendazol>Triadimefon>Triadimenol.2. The three fungicides of LC50value on the juvenile of O.Latipes96hr were as follows that:0.4646mg·L-1,11.0202mg·L-1,14.4866mg·L-1, The order of the three fungicides aquatic toxicity on the juvenilewere as follows: Carbendazol>Triadimefon>Triadimenol.3. The LC50value of the three fungicides on the adult fish of O.Latipes96hr were:0.7498mg·L-1,12.4707mg·L-1,20.5415mg·L-1; The order of the three fungicides aquatic toxicity is that: Carbendazol>Triadimefon>Triadimenol.4. In this paper, experimental results show that in different life stages, the O. Latipes has differentsensitivity about of three fungicides. The toxicity of single fungicide in different life stages of O. Latipesand its orderwere larva> juvenile> adult; three fungicides of toxicity grade for the same life stages of O.Latipes shows that Carbendazol>Triadimefon>Triadimenol.5. The chronic toxicity exposure test of three fungicides on larve O.Latipes, adoption method ofembryos as the test materials until the embryos hatched after chronic exposure60d.Meanwhile used by thegonad histopathological of larva O.Latipes found that three fungicides could make the testis in male spermcells atrophy, decreased sperm production function and the female larva ovarian lesions abnormalcontraction and increased follicle phenomenon; Uses the appearance of morphological and genetic genderidentification test for O.Latipes larva sex determination statistical analysis after found that three fungicidesfor O.Latipes larvae did not have a significant impact on the male and female ratio.
