Rice heading is one of important agronomic traits, which determines the ecologicaladaptability of rice, and thus, research heading for breeding practice of great significance.Rice chromosome segment substitution lines (CSSL) in addition to various importedchromosome fragments differences, each substitution lines relatively homogeneousgenetic background, easy to compare between different substitution lines agronomicdifferences can be well carried out the QTL genetic analysis, which is widely used. Inthis study, a set of japonica Sasanishki as receptors, indica Habtaki as donor chromosomesegment substitution lines was investigated in two different rice and rice cultivation lightand temperature environment under the heading performance analysis substitution linesheading effects and identify heading QTLs, and the following results were obtained:1. In the early rice planting conditions were heading to locate the nine QTLs,respectively qHD2, qHD4, qHD5, qHD6, qHD8a, qHD8b, qHD8c, qHD10and qHD11,are located2,4,5,6,8, on chromosomes10and11, where the first eight chromosomallocalization to three QTLs. Their additive effects were1.9,-1.7,-2.3,-1.9,-1.7,-2.4,4.0,-2.5and-4.0, which qHD2and qHD8c two QTLs, which can extend from Habtaki allelesheading, while qHD4, qHD5, qHD6, qHD8a, qHD8b, qHD10and qHD11other sevenQTLs, they come to early heading allele Habtaki2.In the rice planting conditions were targeted to three QTLs, namely qHD3, qHD8and qHD10,3,8, and10are located on chromosomes. Their additive effects were1.3,2.4and1.2, these three QTLs they could prolong the alleles from Habtaki heading.3.located on chromosome8RM5891-RM4997’s qHD8, in rice and rice planting twodifferent environmental conditions are positioned to indicate that qHD8is a stablegenetic heading QTL.4.by constructing F2:3groups, the target area for qHD8further constructed a set ofnear-isogenic lines for the subsequent conduct qHD8fine mapping and QTL cloning tolay the foundation.
