Enteric disease is one of the main reasons for high mortality of weaned otter, adding probiotics can help to improve the intestinal micro ecology environment, and reduce the incidence of intestinal disease. This experiment is studing the effect of Lactobacillus on the intestinal micro ecology environment. This test uses96health Rex rabbits in age of50days which weaning in the same period as experimental rabbits, and randomly divided into six groups:each group of16repeats, every time repeat1, and only single cage. Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ, Ⅵ respectively feeding by10mL107CFU/mL bacteria bacillus, water, Lactobacillus104CFU/mL,107CFU/mL,1010CFU/mL and1013CFU/mL alternate days, and the rest of the nutrients are consistent with each other. Feeding them for60days. Measured intestinal pH and cecum contents once every30days. At the end of this experiment, measure and test the small intestine and caecum forms. The test results were as follows:1.Rex rabbit of Group VI which has lactobacillus1013CFU/mL have most specificity intestinal flora in110days.2.110-days-old Rex rabbits duodenal villus height, V/C, mucosal thickness and wall thickness increased significantly (P<0.05), crypt depth was significantly lighter (P<0.05) in group of lactobacillus107CFU/mL (group IV). Jejunal crypt depth, mucosal thickness, muscle thickness and wall thickness increased significantly (P<0.05) in group of lactobacillus107CFU/mL (group IV). Ileum villus height, the proportion of villus height and crypt depth, mucosal thickness, muscle thickness and wall thickness were significantly increased (P<0.05) in group of lactobacillus104CFU/mL (group III) and lactobacillus107CFU/mL (group IV). Cecal mucosa thickness, muscle thickness and wall thickness increased significantly (P<0.05) in group of lactobacillus104CFU/mL (group III).3. The change of various parts of intestinal from lactobacillus pH value was not significant (P>0.05). On the80-day-old Rex rabbit cecal pH value change was not significant (P>0.05),110-day-old Rex rabbit in groups of IV and VI cecal pH value was significantly higher than the blank group (P<0.05).In summary, intestinal flora of weaning Rex rabbit changed significantly, long-term using of lactobacillus1013CFU/mL for changing the intestinal flora diversity strongest. Lactobacillus104CFU/mL on intestinal morphological changes obviously. Lactobacillus107CFU/mL morphological changes on the ileum and cecum large. pH value did not change significantly on intestinal by Lactobacillus. lower pH value in caecum of lactobacillus104CFU/mL group. And higher pH value in caecum of lactobacillus1013CFU/mL group...
