Fertilizer Application has important influence on wheat yield and quality. To explore theinfluence of wheat growth, yield and quality by different fertilizer treatments, taking springwheat (Nongmai2,Yongliang4),medium wheat (Zhongmai8, Zhongmai175, Jingdong8) andstrong gluten wheat (Wanmai38, Jimai20) as meterials. One research method combined fieldtest with laboratory analysis was used to study the regulation effct of yield component、processing quality、stem vascular bundles and some physiological indicators of them bydifferent NPK treatment.the main findings are as follows:1Effect of NPK fertilizer on grain yield and main stem vascular bundle of spring wheatGrain yield, Protein content and number of main stem Vascular numbers of two varietiesresponse to N is synchronous; N fertilizer(270kg/hm~2) than P fertilizer(150kg/hm~2), Kfertilize(r120kg/hm~2)and no fertilizer significantly increase Grain yield, Protein content andimprove the main stem of Vascular structure. Vascular numbers2nd internode below the earof the two varieties wheat are more than the number of1st internode below the ear; and twovarieties of wheat Vascular numbers of internode below the ear of main stem with Grain yield,Protein content was positive correlation; Protein content of Nongmai2and the main stemVascular numbers of1st internode below the ear showed a significant positivecorrelation(r=0.65*).2Influence of NPK fertilizer on the yield quality and stem vascular bundle of wheatDifferent fertilizer treatments were significantly different among four varieties of wheatproduction factors. When only N fertilizer, bulk density, grain yield and protein yield of Jimai20reached the highest value, and the dough traits of N fertilizer were better than P and Kfertilizer; P fertilizer is not conducive to improve the volume of bread baking. The number ofstem vascular bundle of1st internode below the ear showed significant differences indifferent varieties of wheat and the number of vascular numbers of1st internode below the earby no fertilizer treatment was significantly less than other three treatments, and N fertilizer onthe increase of vascular numbers below ear is superior to other three fertilizer treatments; Nand P fertilizer than K and no fertilizer(CK) conducive to increase the vascular cross-sectional area, vascular numbers of1st internode below the ear and grain yield showed a significantpositive correlation (r=0.62**).3Effects of basal/topdressing nitrogen ratios on yield and quality of winter wheatIn the amount of nitrogen fertilizer the same total(N240kg/hm~2), an appropriateincrease in the flowering period the proportion of N topdressing help to curb late growthstages of wheat flag leaf chlorophyll degradation, increase leaf nitrogen content to extend thefunctional period of leaf; grain yield, bulk density,1000-grain weight and protein yield on B3handling were higher than the other two fertilization treatments, and1000-grain weight on B3was significantly higher than B2processing, production factors also reached significantimpact on varieties. Different proportion of Nitrogen Dressing effected globulin significantly, whereas other protein component content were not significant. In the amount of base fertilizerand top dressing the same total, various processing quality has an increasing trend with theflowering period to improve the proportion of nitrogen fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer onflowering stage(B2, B3) to improve the sedimentation value and to prolong the time of doughdevelopment stability was significantly better than the jointing stage (B1), compared to thejointing stage, nitrogen fertilizer on flowering stage was more conducive to the improvementof the quality of wheat processing.
