In order to investigate the effect of Shihezi Nanshan area of Qinghai seriphidium on immune system of chicken, take the chicken as the research object, by feeding on100chickens, experimental chicks were randomly divided into three groups, namely, high concentration group (600mgVkg body weight), low concentration group (300mgVkg body weight), the control group, detection of some immune indexes with immunological methods, to observe the effect of seriphidium extracts on immune function in chickens, provide experimental data and theoretical foundation for the further development of natural plant immunity regulator.Experiment1using the MTT method, ANAE staining method on the proliferation of chicken T lymphocytes, T lymphocytes was studied. The results show that:seriphidium infusion can be improved to different degrees of chicken T lymphocyte proliferation ability, the positive rate of T ANAE lymphocytes. Therefore seriphidium infusion could improve immune function of chick’s body.Experiment2by colony counting method in peritoneal macrophage phagocytes activities were studied, results showed that:the extract can reduce the seriphidium chicks’peritoneal phagocytes, with a reduced role on the phagocytes function of macrophages. Therefore seriphidium extract can alleviate the inflammatory reaction in chicks.Experiment3using the HA-HI test to determine the serum antibody titer, results show that: the high concentration group, the low concentration group HI antibody titers were higher than those in the control group (P>0.01); immunohisto chemistry was used to detect the number of IgA+plasma cells in the duodenum, the results showed that:in the control group, the number of IgA+plasma cells is less, and the number of low concentration group and high concentration group of IgA+plasma cell increased (P<0.01), especially in high concentration group increased more significantly; therefore seriphidium extract can improve the specificity of the antibodies in chickens; chuckling extract can promote chick duodenal IgA formation, affect the immune function of intestinal mucosa.Experiment4using cytotoxicity assays on Chicken Escherichia coli infection ability were studied, results showed that:Taking seriphidium infusion group in incidence rate lower than that of the control group and high concentration group, the effect is more obvious; using weighing method to weight of chicks were compared, results showed that:seriphidium infusion can be improved to different degrees of chicks body weight; therefore, chuckling infusion can improve the antibacterial ability of chickens infected; seriphidium extract can improve broiler feed intake, daily weight gain and feed conversion rate.
