Results:isolated from105copies disease compound Haemophilus parasuis4,29, PCR testing positive detection rate of27.62%(29/105); sequencing results in NCBI using BLAST, which SHZ0001, strains of PCR amplification products were sequenced and the results of the Gene Bank Haemophilus parasuis AB004030.1, DQ229053.1, FJ667951.1homology of99%and SHZ0002strain the Gene Bank Vice swine Haemophilus GU193456.1the homology reaches FJ667951.1, CP001321.1100%.3. To filter out on the the Shihezi farms of swine Haemophilus disease therapy to reduce the economic losses of the farms, select the commonly used antibiotics:ciprofloxacin, kanamycin, oxytetracycline, enrofloxacin, Qinglarge neomycin and other11kinds of antibiotics susceptibility testing. The results showed that:isolates highly sensitive to ceftiofur sodium, florfenicol, ciprofloxacin, oxytetracycline, enrofloxacin, azithromycin, sulfadiazine, penicillin medium sensitive to kanamycin, streptomycin is not sensitive to strong resistance. Conclusion:Shihezi Reclamation scale swine farms in Haemophilus parasuis has varying degrees of resistance, clinical treatment on some antibiotics can choose ceftiofur sodium, florfenicol, ciprofloxacin highly sensitive drugs to carry out the treatment.
