With the rapid development of aquaculture and the huge economic benefits it "bringing, many environmental problems have caused. In order to solve this problem, a recirculating aquaculture system consisting of a culture tank, rapid infiltration system and bypass system has been design. The purification effect of organics and ammonia nitrogen are both investigate in marine and freshwater aquaculture. The removal effect and the mutual influence of the organic matter and ammonia nitrogen are analyzed, in addition, the stability ability of resistance to organic loading and ammonia nitrogen loading of the system are checked, through the investigation the following results are got:l.the recirculating aquaculture system can purify the organic matter and ammonia nitrogen very well, in seawater, COD concentration can be reduced to about5mg/L, ammonia concentration can be reduced to below0.5mg/L.2.in the seawater, in order to stabilize the operation of the system, the concentration of COD should be maintained at above8mg/L, the better effect of ammonia nitrogen degradation under these conditions, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is stable at about0.5mg/L.3.in the seawater, system shock resistance ability is good, when COD suddenly increased to more than65mg/L or ammonia nitrogen suddenly increased to above6mg/L, the stable operation of the system, and the pollutant removal effect is good.4. in the environment of fresh water, the purification effect of organics and ammonia nitrogen is better, COD concentration can be reduced to about20mg/L, ammonia concentration can be reduced to below0.3mg/L.5.in the freshwater environment, in order to stabilize the operation of the system, the concentration of COD should be maintained at about30mg/L, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen is stable below1mg/L.6.in the freshwater, resistance to shock loading system, when COD suddenly increased to more than1000mg/L or ammonia nitrogen concentration suddenly increased to above45mg/L, the system can stable operation, good COD and ammonia nitrogen degradation effect. Conclusion:the discharge of aquaculture water can reach the standards. The mariculture waters can reach the highest standard of "aquaculture water discharge water requirements"(SC/T9103-2007), the freshwater aquaculture can achieve the second standard of "freshwater ponds water discharge requirements"(SC/T9101-2007).In addition, through field investigation and monitoring, provide the basic data for the determination of the emission limits in the local standard "production standard aquaculture pond water clean implementation guide" of Guangxi. At the same time, the technology of rapid infiltration coupling immobilized microorganism technique in this study provides technical support for the emissions of COD and ammonia nitrogen.
