The Pleurotus ostreatus as a kind of edible fungi, because of its delicious taste, high nutritional value and has some medicinal value, it is welcomed by consumers. In recent years, with the implementation of the annual production, and the growing scale of cultivation, the Pleurotus ostreatus bacterial verticillium wilt increasingly serious. In order to learn more about the incidence characteristics of verticillium wilt, in this study, through indoor flat antagonistic test, and researched the edible fungus pests and diseases and prevention at the mushroom farm of Nanning Santang town, the test results are as follows:1. There are several issues learned from the mushroom farm in Nanning Santang town: cultivation of a single species, cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus all year round, continuous cropping was easy to pest and disease outbreak; the ventilation condition of the mushroom shed was not very good, leading to diseases and insect pests are more likely to breed; the sanitary condition of the mushroom shed was poor, there were much stagnant water on the ground, suitable for the growth of bacteria.2. Through separate and purify the Pleurotus ostreatus verticillium wilt pathogens, according to Koch’s postulates to determine the pathogenicity, and further to do the pathogens16SrDNA sequence analysis, after submitting the sequence to NCBI nucleotide databases to do a comparison, we could determine the pathogen was Pseudomonas tolaasii.3. Through indoor flat antagonism, the18Pleurotus ostreatus varieties in accordance with the level of resistance were divided into middle resistant varieties, low resistant varieties, easily sensitive varieties and the nonreactive varieties, among the middle resistant varieties, there are three varieties’resistance level are high, the resistance level are44.71%,44.38%,40.52%respectively; there are three low resistance varieties, three easily sensitive varieties and two nonreactive varieties.4. The experimental use K-B paper diffusion method to determine the inhibition of agricultural streptomycin, kasugamycin, carbendazim and sim bacteria amine to Pseudomonas tolaasii, the results showed that the400times (1.8mg/ml) liquid of agricultural streptomycin’s antibacterial role was the strongest, the inhibition zone was more than22mm, therefore the agricultural streptomycin had strong inhibitory effect on Pseudomonas tolaasii.5. Among the four pesticides, the influence of agricultural streptomycin to Pleurotus ostreatus mycelial growth was minimal, the inhibition concentration EC50was highest, was6.3121mg/ml, the bacteriostasis rate of1200times(0.6mg/ml) agricultural streptomycin liquid to Pleurotus ostreatus mycelial was only11.17%, and the single cluster weight of the first tide of Pleurotus ostreatus was up to103.97g. Therefore, among the four pesticides, agricultural streptomycin was the most safe and effective pesticide to prevent Pleurotus ostreatus bacterial verticillium wilt, the concentration of the1200times’liquid was the optimal concentration.
