Zantedeschia hybirds is the material for this experiment and it is using single factor randomized block design. This tast set up three kinds of light intensity. The first is50%shade. The second is25%shade. The last is full exposure. This paper’s research the effect of the growth morphology and photosynthetic characteristics and leaf relative conductivity, MDA, soluble sugar, soluble protein, SOD activity and POD enzyme activity and chlorophyll content. And this research is in the north of the color of plastic greenhouse. Finally Select Zantedeschia hybirds growth optimal illumination conditions. The results prove that:(1)There some affect to the Zantedeschia hybrids which were under strength.Some part of the leaf and flower withered. So influence its ornamental value. The Zantedeschia hybirds grew well when it has25%shade. Then it has a highest flowering and flower quality. The plant growth inhibits when it has50%shade.(2)The Zantedeschia hybirds’s leaf chlorophyll content were increased under25%shading treatment. But50%shade will reduce chlorophyll content and leaf appeared etiolating(3)The soluble sugar and soluble protein for plant leaves increased when it has25%shade. And shade over will lead to a drop in its content.(4)Cell membrane relative conductivity and MDA content of25%shade is below the50%shade under the Two kinds of shade processing.50%shade of Zantedeschia hybirds leaf relative conductivity and MDA content were higher than25%shading treatment.50%shading will caused the illumination is insufficient. Zantedeschia hybirds will has light stress.(5)Different shade of Zantedeschia hybirds leaf SOD activity treatment2is less than the treatment1. Zantedeschia hybirds leaf SOD, POD activity change in consistent, membrane lipid peroxidation level in25%shading of Zantedeschia hybirds stress effect is minimal.(6)Zantedeschia hybirds photosynthetic "noon break" phenomenon exists Under the full exposure. The Stomata closure and it reduced the transpiration rate. Its net photosynthetic rate decreased and inhibit the growth of the plant. Zantedeschia hybirds leaf net photosynthetic rate was unmoral curve change Under shading treatment. It’s peak is at11:00am. The25%shade is higher than full exposure net photosynthetic rate23.9%peak, while50%shade under peak ratio were18.1%lower than the highest peak. Full exposure and excessive shade Zantedeschia hybirds inhibition effect on plant growth and development.This test of Zantedeschia hybirds growth characteristics, physiological and biochemical indicators, as well as the determination of photosynthetic characteristics and analysis. Finally it concluded cultivation Zantedeschia hybirds requires25%shading treatment during the northern summer. The full exposure and excessive shade will inhibit the growth of plant, lower the quality of the watch.
