Photosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and physiological indexeswere analyzed on the eight open-pollinated half-sib Elaeagnus angustifolia families(natural hybrid seedlings, the same below) of2years old seedlings to explorephysiological condition and the differences of the salt-tolerant ability ofopen-pollinated half-sib Elaeagnus angustifolia families for providing theoreticalbasis of genetic improvement. By observing the germination rate of7Elaeagnusangustifolia families seeds at different concentration of salt stress and thephotosynthesis, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, chlorophyll content, seedlingheight, ground diameter, image index of five Elaeagnus angustifolia family seedlingsunder different salt concentration and use these data to the salt resistance ofElaeagnus angustifolia comprehensive evaluation. The main results were as follows: Pn, Tr and Gs in daily variation trends ofopen-pollinated half-sib Elaeagnus angustifolia families are two peaks which areabout11:00and15:00and Elaeagnus angustifolia has typical characteristics ofphotosynthetic nap is mainly caused by the stomatal limitation. In Elaeagnusangustifolia families study, Pn, Ci, Fv/Fm, Fm, chlorophyll content, soluble proteinand proline and malondialdehyde content are significant differences; The Pn, Ci, Tr,Gs, Fv/Fm, chlorophyll content, soluble protein, proline and malondialdehyde ofindividual Elaeagnus angustifolia are significant differences. ΦPSII light responsecurves shows Φ PSII in individual Elaeagnus angustifolia and the families are declinealong with the increase of PAR; The trend of ETR light response curves and NPQlight response curve in individual Elaeagnus angustifolia and the families areincrease along with the increase of PAR; By the coefficient of variation, the Pn, Trand proline are more sensitive than the other indicators; Followed by chlorophyll b.Family’s photosynthetic capacity and physiological status is comprehensive evaluatedby using membership function analysis method to deal with significant differenceindexes and the conclusion is family1> family4> family5> family2> family3>family8> family7> family6. Germination rate, seedling height, ground diameter, chlorophyll content andbiomass of Elaeagnus angustifolia families, Pn, Tr, Gs, Fv/Fm, ФPSII, ETR and Qpare decline along with the increase of concentration of salt stress, but Ci is ascend, butdifferent family decline (or ascend) there are significant differences. Usingmembership function analysis of5Elaeagnus angustifolia families on salt-tolerantability test, and the conclusion is family9> family1> family5> family8> family2.
