Investigation Of Drug Resistance, Capsular Polysaccharide Type And Affusion Therapy Experiment Of Staphylococcus Aureus Isolated From Bovine Mastitis In Xinjiang

Abstract:Bovine mastitis is a common and frequently-occurring disease which has affected thedevelopment of the dairy industry.Lots researches have shown that Staphylococcus aureus may be formedacute or chronic mastitis and it has strong infectivity and resistance.Therefore,find out drug resistance、capsular polysaccharide typing and therapy experiment of Staphylococcus aureus have greatsignificance.Milk samples were collected from different parts of XinJiang used conventionalepidemiological survey method.Detection bovine mastitis with method of CMT and identifyStaphylococcus aureus Recommended by Philip M.Investigation and analysis drug resistance in accordancewith the tentative standards by CLSI.Use duplex PCR method and serotyping identify capsularpolysaccharide type.And Select some cases to therapy experiment with Nisin and Cefalotin sodium.Therewere143Staphylococcus aureus separated in this experiment.Results of the drug resistance investigationshow that70%of the strans resisted to Erythromycin、Penicillin、Cotrimoxazole、Doxycycline andTetracycline,40%of the strans resisted to Chloromycetin、Ciprofloxacin and Gentamicin.And67.1%of thestrains resisted to more than five classes of antibiotics and10.5%of the strains resisted to10classes ofantibiotics. The testing of duplex PCR Combine with slide agglutination showed that the capsularpolysaccharide type5accounts for10.49%, type8for13.99%and type336for62.94%.The comparisonshowed that60%treatment efficiency of nisin and40%treatment efficiency of Cefalotin sodium.Theexperimental results show that Xinjiang have a high infection of Staphylococcus aureus,and thepolysaccharide type mainly of336PS（62.94%）、CP5（10.49%）and CP8（13.99%）.Staphylococcus aureusisolated from bovine mastitis of Xinjiang resisted to multiple types of antibiotics that clinical veterinarymedicine allowed to use in current and the cure of Staphylococcus aureus mastitis is severe to in ourregion.And the experiment show that Cephalosporins can，it have good for effect,but Nisin could exertsome therapeutic effect.According to the results, we recommend that prevention-oriented、strengthen themanagement and disinfection、Strict disinfection procedures to reduce the chances of infection.Cows orconstant illness should be eliminated as soon as possible to avoid it becoming a new original infection.
