Mitotic figure of mitosis prophase, mitosismetaphase, mitosis anaphase and mitosis telophase can be observed, It forms twosperms which moves to ovary along pollen tube and their shapes change obviously fromlong elliptic ball to round globular.Sperms have released to embryonary sac about eight hours after flowering. Spermand egg cell or polar nucleus or secondary nucleus fused nine hours to fifteen hours. Iobserved that contact of the sperm and egg cell is later than the sperm and polar nucleusor secondary nucleus. Fusion needs about4hour. Small mal nucleolus appear in thezygocyte after egg cell fertilization. There are obvious isometrical two nucleus in thezygocyte after fusion,30hours after the two nucleole fusion, it comes into divisionstage. zygocyte major transverse division, only parts of them are longitudinal division.First division needs about36h after bloom, then it forms two-cell proembryo andzygocyte dormant period is about19hours. A part of polar nucleolus fuse to secondarynucleolos befor fertilization. After polar nucleas or secondary nucleus fertilization,almost most fusion in13hours after bloom, Male nucleolus appeared in one of polarnucleolus or secondary nucleus, form primary endosperm nucleus. The primaryendodperm nucleus go into division without domant period or after shortly dormantperiod. Most disivision began with15hours after bloom. There are two to four the freenuclei of the endosperm in the embryonarg sat when zygocyte division.The research observe more sperms coming into embryonary sat and singlefertilization phenomenon too. |
