The biological invasion threaten the environment and biodiversity was taken peopleseriously, invasiveness weeds as kinds of distributional invasive species caused bad influenceto the agriculture and forestry, even endangered citizen’ healthy. The prevention and controlresult of invasiveness weeds wasn’t ideal, lots of studies and practices need to be developedand deepened.Parthenium hysterophorus L. a Parthenium species of Compositae, the country of originis Central and South America, wide distribution at tropics. In China it was found inGuangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan, Fujian and other provinces, and has the diffuse trendto the other north provinces. The pollen of Parthenium hysterophorus caused anaphylaxis,allelopathy influenced local vegetation, broke the ecological balance, leaded to thebiodiversity lose, influenced the agriculture and graziery, brought seriously financial loss andenvironmental disruption.Used SRAP molecular marker technology to Parthenium hysterophorus3areas: Hainan,Guangxi, Yunnan, of15populations300samples for genetic diverse research, by means ofindex analysis studied genetic differentiation and hereditary constitution, explored thecorrespondence of invasive character and hertable variation. Supplied the theoretical basic ofinvasive trend, invasive essence, evolution potential and the prevent, control, repair in ourcountry.Optimized the SRAP-PCR reaction system in Parthenium hysterophorus,29primerpairs were screened out from48primer pairs, and17primer pairs were chosen based on theirdistinct and abundant bands by utilizing this reaction system. The result showed that: at thepopulation level, the average percentage polymorphic locus (P) was45.43%, the averageShannon index (SI) was0.2376, it was said that Parthenium hysterophorus had a high levelof genetic diverse just like the other Compositae invasiveness weeds. the Gst was0.6367showed that: there is high genetic differentiation and genetic diversity among the differentpopulations and it’s lower in the same population. Gene flow is0.2853showed that: therewas a low level gene flow between different populations. The cluster analysis showed: thegenetic distance and geographic distance was uncorrelated, guessed Parthenium hysterophorus L. didn’t give priority to natural spread, the human activities brought themfrom a place to another place and made an incursion.This study involve the main areas of Parthenium hysterophorus in our country. Therewere large differences between the areas, seen from the high genetic differentiation,Parthenium hysterophorus could adapt different habitats depend on its heritable variation. Ithad potential to diffuse, the control strength should be increased. Paid more attention toquarantine inspection of freightage for controlling the diffused course by human activities.The tradition control skills and foreign skills should be used, in the meantime, the skillsdirected at genetic characteristic of Parthenium hysterophorus in our country should be built.
