In order to study the population subdivision and genetic variation and its pathogenic differentiation of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense in china, the host identification methods and By RAPD (random amplified polymorphic DNA) technique,monitoring of the pathogen pathogenicity differentiation, analyzed the genetic polymorphisms different sources of strains and study different banana wilt pathogenic differentiation and genetic relationship; The test collection in hainan, guangdong, guangxi, fujian, and yunnan province five major banana growing areas such as wilt pathogen strains in China, have been carried out the system development and the analysis of genetic diversity.The results were as follows:1. we can get the stable genetic marker repeatedly by random amplified polymorphic DNA of9banana fusarium wilt genome and cluster analysis to the relationship of the strains. There are28Races of FOCI were identified,10of them from hainan,8from guangxi,4from guangdong,4from fujian,2from yunnan province. The are27races of FOC4were identified,20of them from hainan,4from guangxi,1from guangdong,1from fujian,1from yunnan province. For the55strains of FOC,23strains of them have a strong pathogenicity,15strains of them have a medium pathogenicity,17strains of them have a weak pathogenicity.2.we can get the stable genetic marker repeatedly by random amplified polymorphic DNA of9banana fusarium wilt genome and. cluster analysis to the relationship of55strains. PCR amplification results amplified136polymorphism band, the polymorphisms of the article with a126article, frequency of polymorphic loci was93.4%,The strains can be divided into4RAPD microflora when the Threshold of heredity is0.68.3. Interspecific hereditary changes is not well correlated with geographic position by cluster analysis. It indicate that the breed of banana is onefold and the selection pressure is weak among the strains. The superiority race of banana fusarium wilt is the FOC4. It is not well correlated to other pathogens with geographic factor because the breed of banana is onefold and the selection pressure is weak among the strains and abundant genetic diversity.4. Banana fusarium wilt (FOCI and FOC4) MAT1mating type gene and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Vasinfectum MAT11-1-1(JF267639.1) gene in the nucleotide sequence homology was100%; Comparison of banana Fusarium MAT1proteins and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Vasinfectum and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. Niveum homology is higher.
