Mango(Mangifera indica L.) is department of Anacardiaceae and is also tropical fruit trees, which is top five fruits with citrus, bananas, grapes, apples in the world and known as the "king of tropical fruit". Mango anthracnose(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.) is a severe disease that has serious effects on growth potential, production and quality of mango overcoming of anthracnose is the serious problem that mango production must face. Choice of resistant cultivars is one of the most effective prevention methods. In this study, the detached leaf disease resistance identification method was used to preliminary identification of the disease resistance of229accessions of mango germplasm in the Germplasm Repository of Mango Ministry of Agriculture in DanZhou. Then15resistant accessions and15susceptible accessions were selected from the229accessions to make an inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) analysis. The main results are as follows:1、 The results showed that no mango germplasm under assessment was found immune and highly susceptible to mango anthracnose, among them13accessions were highly resistant,5.68%of the tested germplasm, for example Aiwen-2, Sri Lanka mango, Herman, ANO1, AN02, Sri Lanka mango811etc.36accessions moderately resistant,15.72%of the tested germplasm, for example Peach, Kensington Pride, Gouveia, Reping mango31、 Fascell、Guire mango3etc.116accessions moderately susceptible,50.65%of the tested germplasm, for example Anderson, Harris, Guire mango120, Guire mango82, Kyo Savoy, Reping mango28, Hongguang mango6, Taiya etc.64accessions susceptible,27.95%of the tested germplasm, Tainong mango1, Zebda, Reping mango20, Sandersha, Cuba mango, Indonesia-1, India-2, Apple mango etc.2、After screening,14ISSR primers were used to make PCR amplifications in testing the15resistant accessions and the15susceptible accessions. The14selected primers amplified a total of179polymorphic bands with an average12.8bands per primer. The genetic similarity coefficient (GSC) among germplasm ranged from0.6395to0.8913with an average of0.7316. When GSC0.732as the threshold, UPGMAcluster analysis showed that30mango accessions could be classified into6groups. The clustering results showed that there is no clear correlation between the mango accessions anthracnose resistance to their genetic similarity degree.3、Using14primers screened resistant and susceptible gene pools for ISSR amplification. Found that only the808primers amplified a significantly different polymorphic bands form resistant and susceptible gene pools, a length of about1000bp. Preliminary inference about this1000bp specific band may be associated with mango anthracnose resistance genes.
