Preliminary Studies On The Dietary And Medicinal Values Oflocusta Migratoria Migratoria

Locusta migratoria migratoria belongs to the locusta of oedipodidae acridoideaorthoptera, which is a serious hazard of agricultural pests. In recent years, Locusta migratoriamigratoria exploded several times in Northeast and Xinjiang that caused serious damage tograssland, farmland and other habitats, and brought serious economic losses, so people mustinvest a lot of cost to prevent it. In this paper,Locusta migratoria migratoria nutrients andimmune tfinction were studied. The purpose was to provide some theoretical basis for thedevelopment and utilization of Locusta migratoria migratoria. The ifndings were as follows:1.Through the main constituent of Locusta migratoria migratoria was analysed，theresults showed that:water content of2.40%, ash content of4.29%, the protein content of69.75%, fat content of5.5%; the content of total amino acid was52.98g/100g，the content ofessential amino acids was21.58g/lOOg，it contained8essential amino acids, the ratio of EAA/TAA was40.70%，the ratio of EAA/NEAA was69.39%，threonine was the ifrst limitingamino acid； the content of oleic acid which belonged mo no-unsaturated fatty acids washighest than others，its content was67.77%，it contained a certain amount of essential fattyacids which were linolenic acid, linoleic acid, the content of unsaturated fatty acid were83.44%;it contained15kinds of mineral elements which were Ca，Mg of constant elements,Fe，Zn，Cu, Mn，Cr，Se，Mo, Ni of trace elements and Hg，Pb，As，Cd，Sn of heavy metalselements, wherein,the content of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn were higher than others.2. The powder suspension of Locusta migratoria migratoria made immune activity test,The results showed that the powder suspension of Locusta migratoria migratoria belongedto middle dose group and high dose group had a significant role in spleen index andcell immune; and the powder suspension of Locusta migratoria migratoria belonged tomiddle dose group had a signiifcant role in thymus index and non-speciifc immunespeciifcity. The experimental results conifrmed that Locusta migratoria migratoria had effecton immune immunomodulatory.
