【Objective】Based on the investigation of wheat population structure and quality indicators under the dripirrigation in3different ecological regions in Xinjiang, plot experiment carried out to confirm. Analysisdefining drip irrigation wheat yield increasing mechanism and providing the basis for high-yield cultivationof drip irrigation of wheat.【Methods】Through field surveys of synchronized test and plot experiments, analysised wheat yield andyield components under factors such as population characteristics for different configuration of capillarydrip irrigation. Field testing was in ShiHezi(arid region),HeShuo BaZhou(Semi-arid region),XinyuanYili(Semi-humid region),Qinghe Aletai(Semi-humid region),Emin Tacheng(Semi-humid region), bysampling survey. Found out the relationship between wheat yield, yield factors and panicle traits underdrip irrigation in different biome areas. To repeat in2011the test design in2012Shi Hezi UniversityAgronomy test station, the experiment of three drip irrigation lateral placements (R1: one lateral placementirrigated two rows of wheat, R2: one lateral placement irrigated four rows of wheat and R3: one lateralplacement irrigated six rows of wheat) and four irrigation quotas (W1:3000m~3/ha, W2:4500m~3/ha,W3:6000m~3/ha, W4:7500m~3/ha) with dominantly applied cultivars of spring wheat (Xinchun6).The changeof Yield components, dry matter, panicle characteristics were analyzed under different processing factors.【Results】Field investigation yield data showed that there was no significant differences between lines inSemi-humid regions and Semi-arid regions(HeShuo,Xinyuan,Qinghe,Emin) under R2,R3configuration ofcapillary drip irrigation, but in arid region(Shihezi) there was significant difference,L1>L2>L3.Plotexperiment in arid region Shihezi showed that there were signifinant difference between Lines at low waterlevel(W1,W2),yield and yield factors L1>L2>L3.At high water level(W3,W4),there was no difference.AndR1and R2,W3and W4showed no difference.Plot experiment also showed that the Spike length, spikeweight, stronger spikelet number and solid grain number were the highest in R2and W3. Dry matteraccumulation resulted that R2W3was best, Mature period of dry matter distribution ratio of a spike was thehighest, most conducive to yield formation.【Conclusion】Drip irrigation of wheat in semi-humid and semi-arid regions, R2and R3both can beused. But in arid regions, drip tape spacing shouldn’t be too large and use R2is more appropriate in order toreduce the effect of different line position. Precipitation was adequated in the semi-humid and semi-aridregions.Supplementary irrigation on wheat growth and development of key period can satisfy the cropgrowth and development. And caused by a lack of precipitation in arid regions, supplementary irrigationshould be increased irrigation water line in order to reduce the effect of different line position. Dripirrigation water volume in the whole stages of wheat in the study to6000m~3/ha is advisable.
