The method for determination of two plant growth regulators (forchlorfenuron, gibberellic acid) residues in grapes and the kinetics of forchlorfenuron and gibberellic acid in the period of growth and development and its influence on fruit quality of grapes was studied that used samples of two cultivars (Black Summer, Kyoho). This study will develop the standard methods for determination of forchlorfenuron and gibberellic acid, and provides reference for the security production of grape. The results showed as below:1. A residue analytical method had been developed for the determination of forchlorfenuron in grape by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The calibration curve showed good linearity when the amount of forchlorfenuron was in the range of0.01mg/L~1.00mg/L, with correlation coefficient of0.9999, and detecting limit of forchlorfenuron was0.0001mg/kg. The average recoveries were97.0%~102.5%, and the relative standard deviations were less than5%. The method met the standard.2. A residue analytical method had been developed for the determination of gibberellic acid in grape by HPLC. The calibration curve showed good linearity when the amount of gibberellic acid was in the range of0.1mg/L~15.0mg/L, with correlation coefficient of0.9998, and detecting limit of gibberellic acid was0.001mg/kg. The average recoveries were94.5%~110.0%. and the relative standard deviations were less than5%. The method met the standard.3. Forchlorfenuron and gibberellic acid showed a decreasing trend in the period of growth and development of grape, and GA3appeared one to three times of content peak. Exogenous GA3treatment did not change trend of endogenous GA3in grapes.4. CPPU and GA3had effection of expanding on the Black Summer and Kyoho grapes. The effection of composite agent (25mg/L GA3+5mg/L CPPU) on black summer was more obvious.5. For Black Summer grape, all treatments increased total soluble solids content and decreased titratable acid content. GA3increased the anthocyanin content of grape skin. however, CPPU decreased the anthocyanin content of grape skin. Compound agent made the anthocyanin content of grape skin only slightly higher than control. For Kyoho grape, in addition to100mg/L GA3increased total soluble solids content and anthocyanin content of grape skin, the other treatments decreased them. In addition to5mg/L CPPU increased titratable acidity content, the other treatments decreased it.
