The purpose of this study is to investgate the epidemiological characteristics of dairy cattle Cryptosporidiosis in Guangxi Province, to find out Guangxi cow Cryptosporidium infection and epidemic regularity. The Cryptosporidium isolates were identified by microscope and PCR-RFLP method, analysis of the18SrRNA gene was used to determine Cryptosporidium genotype.Cryptosporidium oocysts were collected by the Sheater’s sugarflotation technique and modified acid-fast stain method from6477fecal samples which were collected from ten Holstein dairy cattle farms and four individual Hoistein dairy cattle farms of seven county town in Guangxi province, Results showed that the prevalence of Cryptosporidium was14.31%(927/6477); The results preliminary indicated that was C.andersoni. Investigation result shows that inverse ratio relation with the infection rate and age of cows, Cow age is smaller the higher the infection rate; In the same infection intensity, Cow age and infection rate showed an inverse proportion, The infection rate decreased with the age growth in dairy cows; Cows Cryptosporidium infection rate is influenced by the seasonal variations of smaller.To accurate investigate the Infection types and prevalence of Cryptosporidium, Based on the investigation of Cryptosporidium infection in dairy cows, major surveys within2months of of calf cows.The aldehyde-ester method of preprocessing the fecal oocyst detection rate can be greatly improved,Investigate Cryptosporidium infection rate by Sheater’s sugarflotation technique、modified acid-fast stain method and PCR method from617fecal samples which wre collected from seven Holstein dairy farms of2months of calf based on The prevalence of cryptosporidium dairy cattle,the resules suggested that positive resules was57samples and The infection rate of Cryptosporidium was9.24%,six cattle farms was positive and the infection rate of farm among0%-34.0%.The results analysis showed that was C.andersoni by morphological characteristics and molecular biological technique.To understand the prevalence of Cryptosporidium in milking buffaloes,1009fecal samples, which were collected from8farms,the results indicated that the total infection rate was0.1%(1/1009) and the isolate was C.andersoni which identificated by microscope and PCR.Partial sequence of the Cryptosporidium isolates18S rRNA were amplificated by nested PCR, then RFLP and genotypic analysis was used to identificated species and genotype.The results showed that all isolates from dairy of Guangxi province were C.andersoni...
