| In order to promote the development of Longyao jitui onions, this topic established the NIRorigin recognition model of Longyao jitui onions. We analysed the geographical attributesand Main efficacy components of Longyao jitui onions. We also researched the qualitystandard of efficacy components. This topic provided the scientific basis and technicalsupport for the protection of Longyao jitui onions.Fourier transform infrared spectrum was used to determine the near infrared diffusereflection spectra of the samples from different regions. We used different spectralpreprocessing methods and establish Eligibility Test Model, Clustering Analysis Model andMLP Model. The accuracy of Clustering Analysis Model and MLP Model was100%. Theaccuracy of Eligibility Test Model was95%and90%, it could be further improved. The resultsshowed that three kinds of methods could be used to realize origin.Near infrared spectrumtechnology could identify Longyaojitui onions.The content of Potassium, Sodium, calcium, magnesium, copper, iron, manganese andzinca were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). According to theresults of the experiment, the Potassium, Sodium and magnesium of the Longyao jitui onionswere significantly higher than that in Laiwu jitui onions. Correlation study showed that thereis certain correlation between eight kinds of mineral elements in Longyaojitui onions. Andthe eight kinds of mineral elements had significant correlation with the elements of soil. Thisresearch result could provide technical support for Longyao jitui onions.Based on the method of high performance liquid chromatography, this experiment detectedwater-soluble vitamins (VC, VB1and VB2) and rutin, quercetin of longyao jitui onions. Thestability of the method was less than5%, recovery rate determination results were between80%and120%.This method was accurate and suitable for the determination of efficacy components in jituionions. According to the results of the experiment, the VC and VB2contents of the Longyaojitui onions were significantly higher than that in Laiwu jitui onions, and there was astatistical difference. The content of VB1was basically the same. Rutin and Quercetin were not detected in Laiwu jitui onions. On this basis, we researched the quality standard of main efficacycomponents. The result of the study provided the basis for Quality Standards. |
