Hox genes have an important role in the regulation of biological ontogeny and can guild vertebratebefore and the rear axle spine limbs of vertebrate embryos and the formation of other key parts.They area kinds of genes in the study of vertebrate evolution for its highly conserved sequence. The modelorganisms Xenopus tropical with the advertage of breeding fast and the same diploid resemble mostanimals have a great value in the field of developmental biology, genetics and biomedical. Currently,Xenopus tropical Hox genes as the object of study to research differentially expressed genes is Rare.This research was done on X. tropicalis tadpoles’ HoxA3,11,13genes. X. tropicalis tadpoles wereexpressed in low doses of chlorpyrifos-acetochlor which were a kind of sub-chronic toxicity treatmentthen we determined the X. tropicalis tadpoles’ HoxA3,11,13genes mRNA expression levels using RT-PCR and RQRT-PCR then we compared the groups with the water treatment groups and the acetonetreatment groups to reveals X. tropicalis tadpole limb formation in low dose chlorpyrifos-acetochlor.The study results showed that:1. HoxA3gene’s expression in the tail is little under normal circumstances,but after sub-chronictoxicity treatment the expression significantly increased compared with the water treatmentgroups.(p<0.05)2. HoxA11and HoxA13genes’ expression in the tail is medium under normal circumstances butafter sub-chronic toxicity treatment the expression become disorders: some genes no express and somegenes overexpression.3. HoxA3and HoxA11gene’s expression in the head by the sub-chronic toxicity treatment becomedisorder.An very significant overexpression phenomenon occur.(p<0.01)...
