T. gondii refer to toxoplasma, it can Parasitic in human and animal cells, cause azoonotic disease-toxoplasmosis. It can Parasitic in more than200kinds of animals inthe world with widely geographical distribution,a large number of hosts and highlysusceptibility.T.gondii complete the process of sexual reproduction which is an important partof the spread of toxoplasmosis in cats'body, as its definitive hosts. As one of the mostcommon cat feline cat are closely related human being’s production and life. As amass consumer of goods, T.gondii can be directly transmitted to people through pork.1. In order to grasp infection rate of cat and oocyst infection situation in Fujian.We collected5302-3months old kittens fecal which applied fecal flotation to detectand serum samples which detected by ELISA from all regions in Fujian Province.The results showed that:12samples are positive in530cat feces sample. the detectionrate was2.2%, positive rate of ELISA testing was45%.2. To understand situation of pig infected T.gondii and correlation withimmunization of swine fever from the scale of pig farms in Fu jian, we collected1224sows, piglets and fattening pigs blood samples from some farms in parts ofFujian. Toxoplasma IgG antibody and antibody blocking rate of classical swine feverwere detected by ELISA. The results show pig Toxoplasma antibody positive rate is49.26%in Fu jian, positive rate of sows is61.12%, positive rate of piglets is30.57%,fattening pigs is41.72%, swine fever antibody blocking rate is55.71%. Situation oftoxoplasmosis infection is serious in Fu jian, infection rate of sows is the highest,which of piglets is lowest. Infection rate is vary in different regions. infection ofToxoplasma are negative correlation with CSF antibody blocking.3.In order to understand genotype of pig infected with T. gondii at the molecularlevel in Fujian,eight pairs of primers were designed based on known gene sequencesof T.gondii SAG1,5’SAG2,3’SAG2and SAG3on the pig’s blood samples15Toxoplasma positive samples were collected and multiplex nested PCR-RFLPanalysis. Five samples through the map were compared with the international standardstrain, one sample’s genetypes was typeⅡ, two of them were Ⅱand Ⅲ mixed,others were type Ⅲ, which suggested that genotype of prevalent toxoplasma were Ⅱand Ⅲ,type I didn’t detect in Fujian.
