Under the conditions of regular crude protein and low-protein level, this study makes a comparison of layer production quota, protein, blood biochemical criterion, using metabolizabe energy daily ration, net energy daily ration. It is aimed at discussing applicability of laying hen on the level of low-protein and net energy. Choosing48weeks old192Hy-Line Brown commodity layers, it is used2×2factorial design. In the14,5%and16.5%protein level, there are four daily ration disposes about NE daily ration and ME daily ration systems. And every dispose has four repeats, every repeats has12layers. There are one week of preliminary trial period and5weeks of trial periods. The net energy standard is based on the conclusion of Leeson and so on and80%of the national standard metabolic energy.Before and after testing, weighing weight during the tests, to repeat every day for the unit accurate records feed intake, egg laying number, egg weight; Trial period of4weeks for three consecutive days, there is a measurement egg quality indicator:shell weight, eggshell hardness, shell thickness, egg yolk weight, egg yolk color, Haugh unit, protein height; in the last week of testing blood, the determination of indexes, blood sugar, triglyceride, uric acid. The main research results are as follows:In the aspect of Production performance, low protein processing significantly reduce the layers of feed intake(P<0.05), egg weight (P<0.05), laying rate (P<0.05) and material eggs has no significant difference (P>0.05). And only in the first week of test, the rate, egg production and material eggs are significantly higher than metabolic energy ration group (P<0.05) on the net energy fitting day food group. In the aspect of egg quality, Laying period of layers in different protein levels under the treatment, and the egg shell weight (P<0.05), Haugh unit (P<0.05), protein highly have significant differences (P<0.05), other egg quality index is not significant. In the different energy system of food processing, all measurement of egg quality index is not significant, under the protein level and energy interaction, all measurement of egg quality index is not significant.In the aspect of egg blood index, Laying period of layers in different protein levels under treatment, low protein group of uric acid value (P<0.05) is significantly lower than those of the control group, the blood sugar of low protein group is significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), triglyceride has no significant difference; In different energy system processing, uric acid, triglycerides, and glucose differences are not significant.Conclusion:the low protein significantly reduced the production performance of layers and egg quality and significantly reduced in the blood uric acid value and blood glucose value. Net energy fitting ration and metabolic energy ration has a significant influence only in the early stages of the test of some production performance. It is likely that because of the net energy system is more suitable for the practical need of layers, it helps to resist stress and maintain a stable production performance in early scientific energy system.
