Using nylon bag to study the decay speed of tobacco residue and rice straw in three different kinds of soil, the regular of soil nutrient releasing, and preresearch on tobacco growing in the soil that crop residue in it. In order to give the theory on scientific management for tobacco soil nutrient and tobacco agriculture industry. This research has acquired these results:1. Both the putrilage and decay speed of rice straw are more than the putrilage and decay speed of tobacco root residue. Both the rice straw and tobacco root residue decay fastest in the condition of soil with regular water. The putrilage decayed in paddy soil of HuNan are much more than the putrilage decayed in two other soils.2. Both the rice straw and tobacco root residue decay prestissimo in the condition of soil with high temperature. The putrilage of rice straw in paddy soil of HuNan are much more than the two other soils. The putrilage of tobacco root in tephra soil are much more than the two other soils.3. The pH value of soil with crop residue is small than soil without crop residue, and the tephra soil is change distinctly. The soil with rice straw has much more organic matter than the soil with tobacco root residue. The content of N、P、K in soil with crop residue are bit more than the pure soil. By time history, the content of N slow increasing and has almost no difference in the three kinds of soil; the content of P slowly increase; the content of K increasing obviously.4. Both the rice straw and tobacco root decay fast in early days, slow in last period. The nutrient release speed show K>P>C>N.5. The soil with crop residue is benefit to tobacco grow up. The way tobacco is growing in soil with rice straw better than tobacco growing in soil with tobacco root residue. The way tobacco is growing in tephra soil better than tobacco growing in paddy soil.
