Agricultural wastes fertilization of plant-fly-ash and pig manure is effective in reducing the pollution of the environment and improving soil structure nutrients and also bring the crops along very nicely. In order to explore the impacts of application of organic and inorganic fertilizer from plant-fly-ash and pig manure on soil nitrogen fractions, a field plot experiment was carried out on both of rice-rape and maize-wheat crop rotations, to study the dynamic changes of soil total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen and soluble organic nitrogen in different growth stages and soil layers. The main results are as follows:Different fertilizer effects on soil nitrogen fraction of soil0-60cm in "rice and rape" crop rotation:(1) The organic and inorganic fertilizer had significantly increased soil total nitrogen (TN) content in both rice and rape season of soil0-60cm, compared to the chemical fertilizer. In rice season, TN increased28.32%(0-20cm),22.84%(20-40cm) and31.09%(40-60cm) respectively; in rape season TN increased14.61%(0-20cm),29.32%(20-40cm) and18.08%(40-60cm) respectively.(2) The utilization of different organic and inorganic fertilizer would generate some impacts on soil NH4+-N and NC3--N content. Along with the growth of rice, there was a tendency of increase of NH4+-N content in the soil, while there was a tendency of decrease of NO3--N content in the soil. The NH4+-N content of organic and inorganic fertilizer of soil0-20cm was higher9.76mg/kg than CF, while the NH4+-N content was higher1.19mg/kg than CF. Three groups of organic and inorganic fertilizer could effectively improve NH4+-N content by5.21-16.75%in the soil in rape maturity, compared with CF. Along with the increase of fertilizer, there was a tendency of increase of NO3--N content in the soil.(3) The organic and inorganic fertilizer be significantly cumulative effect on SON in rice and rape season of soil0-20cm(p<0.05). Compared to the chemical fertilizer, in rice season SON respectively increased64.52%, and the content of CF was20.48mg/kg; while in rape season SON respectively increased59.58%and BY was27.58mg/kg. While there were no significant effects between different organic and inorganic fertilizers on SON content in rice and rape season of20-60cm(p>0.05).Different fertilizer effects on soil nitrogen fraction of soil0-60cm in "maize and wheat" crop rotation:(1) The organic and inorganic fertilizer had significantly increased soil total nitrogen (TN) content in maize and wheat season of soil0-60cm, and compared to the chemical fertilizer, in maize season TN respectively increased21.93%(0-20cm),the content of CF was1.26g/kg, although there were no significant effect of different organic and inorganic fertilizer on TN content in20-60cm; in wheat season TN respectively increased12.51%(0-20cm),19.04%(20-40cm) and13.47%(40-60cm),and the content of CF in soil0-60cm was1.02g/kg,0.88g/kg and0.78g/kg.(2) With different organic and inorganic fertilizer, soil ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen content varied with soil layers. Compared to the chemical fertilizer, in maize season NH4+-N respectively increased by9.35-39.62%in soil0-20cm, although there were no significant effect on NH4+-N content in20-60cm. Compared to the CF, organic and inorganic fertilizer on soil NO3--N content was higher, although it was no significant effect. Organic and inorganic fertilizer OIF1and OIF3had effectively increased soil NK4+-N content in wheat season, while there was no significant effect on soil NO3--N content, and was no significant change regularity.(3) In maize season, the SON contents of organic and inorganic fertilizers in0-20cm were increased7.07-22.02mg/kg more than that of chemical fertilizer. While there were no significant effects of different fertilizers on SON contents in20-60cm. In wheat season, the SON contents of different organic and inorganic fertilizers in0-20cm were more than that of chemical fertilizer and the SON content of F was the most. The SON contents of organic and inorganic fertilizers in20-40cm were increased0.68-18.01mg/kg more than that of chemical fertilize. While there were no significant effect on SON content in40-60cm.
