It studes soil shapes by Long-term fertilization experiment, and reflects large information, high accuracy, and has the best long-term test platform, on the base of31years long-term experimental, it studes the variation and characteristics content of Cu、 Zn、Cd、Pb,adsorption and desorption of Zn、Cd,and it aslo researches the variation and characteristics content of Cu、Zn、Cd、Pb on the condition of biochar under5different nitrogen treatment for0~20cm of soil heavy metal It qualites comprehensive evaluation On the above research results on soil.Through the research and analysis of long-term locating fertilization soil heavy metal content, classification and adsorption desorption,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1) On the basis of experimental, this paper analyzes the MNP (nitrogen), NP, CK, M, HMNP (high nitrogen) five different fertilizer treatments of0-20cm soil about heavy metal Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb content changes and classification characteristics after31years of long-term positioning data, It is27.85mg/kg,116.25mg/kg,2.10mg/kg; The results show that the heavy metal content in different fertilizer treatments significantly different. The CK processing content of Cu, Zn, Cd are minimum; Heavy metal Pb is rarely impacted by different fertilizer on the soil.Application of chemical fertilizer leads the soil heavy metal content increased, The CK treatment content of Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb are lower than NP treatment content of19.65%,36.63%,6.78%,0.71%.(2) The content of five different fertilizer treatments of Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb are mainly by residual state composition. The Cu, Zn residual state content of CK treatment are highest of total46.55%,59.63%, The Cd residual state content of NP treatment is top of total36.61%, and the Pb content of residual state about MNP (nitrogen), NP, CK, M, HMNP (high nitrogen) treatment of the total accounted for80.44%,79.92%,77.08%,78.81%,80.91%. The Cu, Zn, Cd interchange state content of different fertilizer treatments are minimum, including Cu and Zn content of MNP treatment interchange state are minimum of the total0.085%and8.25%, and Cd interchange state of M deal with minimum accounted for8.51%of the total, The Pb content of different forms of Fe-Mn oxidation state is minimum, including M deal with minimum accounted for0.79%of the total amount.The Cu, Zn content of each form is carbonate combined with state> iron manganese oxidation state> organic state content, the Cd content of each form is acid salt combined with state> organic state> iron manganese oxidation state.(3) Both adsorption values and desorption values increase with the concentration of Zn and Cd.Langmuir equation could fit well to the ability of soils.Freundlich equation could describe both the adsorption and desorption process of Zn and Cd.(4) It will decrease along with the increase of adding biological carbon content After biological carbon develop under long-term fertilization experiments of soil heavy metal.The content of heavy metal will be less after adding biochar prompted on the soil, which the content of Cu、Zn reduce sharpest of all, and the amplitude content of Cd、 Pb reduce relatively small.(5) The content of different hierarchical levels of heavy metals changes along with adding biological carbon after biochar cultivating soil under long-term fertilization experiment,The various morphological classification content of different fertilizer treatment about heavy metals are almost the same as undisturbed soil, it did not significantly change. The content of Cu processing of organic state and iron and manganese oxidation state increased after adding biochar, content of carbonate state combination was relatively less.The content of Cd individual processing of carbonate state and reduced content of iron and manganese oxidation state reduced, organic and residual state increased after adding3%of the biological carbon exchange state. While every treatment were decreased in10%,after adding5%organic state biological carbon.The classification content of Zn organic and residual states increased, but the content of iron and manganese oxidation state dropped and the biggest, at around50%after adding biochar on soil.The Content of each classification reduced smaller.The trend of Zn and Cd of each shape distribution is consistent with the undisturbed soil.
