Hazelnut in the world has about16species, mainly distributed in Asia, Europe andNorth america. China as an important producer of native hazelnut,8species and2varieties, mainlydistributed in Northeast, North China, northwest and southwest regions. Hazel has a large fruit,beautiful appearance, nutrient-rich features, have very high commercial value, but after years ofintroduction test shows that is not suitable for the climate of china. Corylus heterophylla is a nativeof Chinese wild hazel in the most economic use of resources, good cold resistance, but fruit small,shell thickness, kernel rate low. In order to solve these problems, China’s adoption of Corylusheterophylla Corylus avellana L.×interspecific hybridization obtained F1hybrid hazelnut, with cold,fruit, high yield, strong adaptability, successfully created for China’s climate characteristics ofhazelnut varieties. This article through to the43hybrid hazelnut, hazelnut Corylus avellana, basicnutrients were determined and the clustering analysis and selection of4kinds of typical hazelnut oil,composition and antioxidant activities of specific analysis. The results are as follows:1the rate of emptyAfter the42kinds of Hybrid Hazelnut hazelnut were empty peace kernel ratedetermination, the results in Table1, table2shows: the hazelnut empty kernel rate was1.90%-26.40%. Hazelnut free radicals of DPPH median clearanceconcentration of IC50in23.63mg/ml-42.40mg/ml, antioxidant activity:’ Liaozhen3#’>’Ping1#’>’ Dawei ’>’ Barcelona ’.
