| This Paper obtained16kinds of pyridine derivatives via the acylation andesterification reaction,12species of them were are new compounds. And the reactionconditions that got high yield were explored. The structures of target compoundswere confirmed by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR, HRMS. The thermal gravimetric analysisand pyrolysis analysis as well as the cigarette flavoring application of the compoundswere researched. The all study results as follows:1. Using niacin, anise alcohol, geraniol, linalool, Cis-6-nonane enol,1-octene-3-alcohol, menthol, cis-3-Hexenol as raw materials, nine kinds of3-picolinic acidester derivatives were synthetized. And comparing the influence of the differentsolvents, temperature and reaction time in the yield of the target product, pickingout the optimal synthesis process of3-picolinic acid ester: using pyridine assolvent and acid binding agent, under the condition of60℃, reacting12h,obtaining the highest yield.2. Using chloride, amino acids and alcohols as raw material, seven kinds of N-(3-methy Pyridine)-amino acid ester derivatives were synthetized. And exploring theinfluence of the dropping rate of materials in the systhesis of the target product.The results showed that getting the highest yield when the dropping time was10min.3. Simultaneously the thermolysis of3-pyridine anisyl formate, N-(3-pyridine)methyl ester and other two kinds of pyridine derivatives were studied at300Cã€600C and900C, respectively. Pyrolysis mechanism was discussed. Thecomparison and analysis of more than50kinds of thermolytic products indicatedthat various aromas would be produced and improve the tobacco’s taste andflavor.4. The compounds were applied in cigarette, the result indicated that adding thesuitable amount of pyridine derivetavies could efficiently improve smokingquality of the cigarettes, increase quantity of tobacco aroma, reduce offensive odorand irritation, amend aftertaste, the rational consumption was0.1%. |
